1:5 And this is the message which we have heard from him and announce unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.
1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

2:22 Who is the liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, even he that denieth the Father and the Son.
